JT’S Crowd Pleasing Vegan Chick Salad
This delicious vegan chick salad recipe, made with JT’s Crushed Red Pepper Gourmet Nutritional Yeast Seasoning, is delicious as a stand-alone dish or on sandwiches, wraps, or lettuce. It’s a quick, 10 minute recipe that’s done in only a few short steps. A crowd favorite at ANY gathering.
INGREDIENTS
1 – 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (drained)
½ cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
3-4 tablespoons JT’s Crushed Red Pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 cup vegan mayo (I recommend Follow Your Heart – Soy-Free Veganaise)
½ fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste (if necessary)
DIRECTIONS
Mash garbanzo beans to desired texture. Mix together with celery, onions, JT’s Crushed Red Pepper and nutmeg.
Fold in Vegan mayo and lime juice
Allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Prepared to be amazed!
